New Headquarters

Kittle Property Group, an industry leader in the development, construction, and management of affordable multi-family apartment homes, recently purchased Two Parkwood, now known as the Kittle Building, on Indianapolis’ north side. The acquisition was rooted in an exciting mission of rebranding, forward movement, and a strengthening of the company ethos of Culture, Community, and Commitment. Carefully placed and varied types of spaces were provided to support a hybrid work model and ever-evolving needs for employees and visitors. The design skillfully addressed existing conditions and sustainability efforts, while presenting a clean, new aesthetic for the well-respected company. Layered architectural details and finishes demonstrate not only the company’s willingness to invest in physical space for their team, but also the dedicated, creative approach offered to their valued clients.
