This honor would not have been possible without the contributions of our KPG team members! We are focused on building a culture of growth and resilience, and this recognition validates our efforts while motivating us to continue with our long-term efforts.
In late 2023, we were nominated as a workplace in Central Indiana with 50 employees or more that exhibits exceptional qualities. You may remember that we asked team members to fill out an evaluation of the company with a survey. Those responses were evaluated to determine which companies to recognize. Top Workplaces award winners are determined entirely by employee survey feedback!
After the feedback was collected, we were provided with a big picture executive summary that told us:
- Our response rate was significantly higher (80.1%) than other participating property management companies (56%).
- Our engaged employees describe KPG’s culture, the top 3 words, as: Driven, Collaborative, and Scrappy.
- Our managers keep our employees well-informed about important decisions, make them feel a part of something meaningful, and help them learn and grow.
- Our employees say they love their job because of the people who work here, their job is challenging but rewarding, and making things happen for others.
