Kittle Property Group Recognized as Top Workplace by USA Today/Indy Star
We are so proud to have been named a Top Workplace by the IndyStar!! This honor would not have been possible without the contributions of each and every team member! Strengthening our workplace culture is something we have been working on for years. We started the Engagement Committee over 10 years ago, and officially recognized Culture as one of our values in 2011. We knew then that focusing on our culture would be a long-term effort, but one that would be meaningful to all of our team members. We have consistently worked to collect feedback, address the information we receive and make the changes that will have an impact.
In late 2021, we were nominated as a workplace in Central Indiana with 50 employees or more that exhibits exceptional qualities. You may remember that we asked all team members to fill out an evaluation of the company with a 24-question survey. Those responses were evaluated to determine which companies to recognize. Top Workplaces award winners are determined entirely by employee survey feedback!
After the feedback was collected, we were provided with a big picture executive summary that told us:
- Our response rate was significantly higher than other participating property management companies.
- Our engaged employees describe KPG’s culture as Collaborative, Goal-Oriented, and Flexible.
- Our managers care about their employees and help them learn and grow.
- Our employees say they love their job because they are helping others and making a difference.
