Kittle Property Group- Top Workplace 2 Years In a Row!!
We have once again been named a Top Workplace by the IndyStar – 2nd year in a row!! We are thrilled to receive this in honor of the contributions of our KPG team members!
In late 2022, we were nominated as a workplace in Central Indiana with 50 employees or more that exhibits exceptional qualities. We then asked team members to fill out an evaluation of the company with a 24-question survey. Those responses were evaluated to determine which companies to recognize. Top Workplaces award winners are determined entirely by employee survey feedback!
After the feedback was collected, we were provided with a big picture executive summary that told us:
- Our response rate was significantly higher than other participating property management companies.
- Our engaged employees describe KPG’s culture, the top 3 characteristics, as: Resilient, Collaborative, and strong in Teamwork.
- Our managers keep our employees well-informed about important decisions, make them feel a part of something meaningful, and help them learn and grow.
- Our employees say they love their job because of the people who work here, making things happen for others, and the flexibility.
